感謝您在世紀泳池購物。為保障您的權益，我們提供7天購物保證服務。請詳閱以下退換貨條款：

💡 Eligibility & Conditions | 申請資格與條件
  • Timeframe 期限 :
    • Exchange applications must be made within 7 days from the issue date of the deposit receipt or invoice.
    • 顧客必須在發出訂金單或發票日期起 7天內 到門市辦理更換申請。

  • Condition 狀態 :
    • Returned items must be brand new, unused, in original unopened packaging, and free of damage or scratches.
    • 更換之貨品必須為全新未經使用、未拆包裝、且無任何損毀或刮花痕跡。

  • Limitation 限制 :
    • Exchanges are strictly limited to the same model, color, and size of the original purchase.
    • 退換服務僅限更換相同型號、顏色及尺寸之貨品。
The purchase guarantee does not apply to the following items or circumstances:
以下商品或情況不設退換服務：
  1. Special Stock 特定貨品  
    • Display items, defective goods, textiles, fragile goods, light bulbs, and fluorescent tubes.
    • 陳列品、次貨、紡織品、易碎貨品、電燈泡、光管。
  2. Custom Orders 客製化商品
    • Custom-made goods and special orders (including electrical appliances, pool lighting, and specially backordered items).
    • 訂造貨品、特別訂購貨品（包括電器、泳池燈飾、代訂貨品等）。
  3. Delivered Bulk Items 已收貨大型物件
    • Large pool equipment or furniture that has already been delivered and accepted.
    • 已收取的大型泳池設備或傢俬。
  4. Incomplete Package 配件不全
    • Items missing original accessories, manuals, or blank warranty cards.
    • 未能退還完整配件、說明書及未填寫之保用證的貨品。
📋 Exchange & Refund Procedures 退換貨辦理手續

Please bring your original, valid deposit receipt or invoice to our designated store within the 7-day guarantee period:
請於保證期內，攜同有效之訂金單或發票正本前往指定門市辦理：
  • Product Retrieval Service 回收服務
    • For items requiring product retrieval service: You must visit the original store of purchase to process the request.
    • 貨品需要回收服務：必須親臨原發單之門市辦理。
  • No Retrieval Service Required 免回收服務
    • For items NOT requiring retrieval service: You may visit any Century Pool store to process the request.
    • 貨品不需要回收服務：可親臨任何一間世紀泳池門市辦理。
  • Credit Card Purchases 信用卡付款
    • The cardholder must appear in person with the original credit card used for the purchase to process refunds.
    • 如使用信用卡購物，顧客必須由持卡人親身攜同該信用卡到門市辦理退款。
  • On-Site Exchange Service 上門更換
    • If an on-site exchange is required, customers must prepay all transportation or dismantling fees during registration; otherwise, the application will not be processed (please refer to our in-store rate sheet for fee details).
    • 如須安排上門更換，顧客須於辦理手續時先繳付運輸費或拆運費，否則申請恕不受理（收費詳情請參閱店內收費表）。
⚠️ Additional Terms 其他重要條款
  • Factory Defects 出廠問題
    • For quality issues caused by manufacturing defects, customers must contact Century Pool within 7 days of receiving the item.

    • 如貨品因出廠缺陷導致品質問題，顧客須於收貨起 7 天內聯絡世紀泳池跟進。
  • Policy Amendments 條款修訂

    Century Pool reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions in accordance with legal regulations without prior notice.
    世紀泳池保留按法律規定，在無須預先通知顧客的情況下，取消或修訂本條款及細則之權利。

    Any failure or delay by Century Pool in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights.
    世紀泳池在行使本條款之權利、權力或補償時，任何過失或延誤均不得被視為放棄該等權利

    Century Pool reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions.
    如對條款及細則有任何異議，世紀泳池保留一切最終決定權。

  • 中英文版本如有任何歧異，概以英文版本為準。
  • In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
